Mary Wilson was the one who held the Supremes together all the way from back when they were the Primettes in late 50's to their dissolution in 1977. She never lead on lots of songs but she did play a role in most in the early days as a member. After Diana Ross left in 1970, her singing style did bump up to better roles with more lead solos and such. If anything, she was a Supreme longer than any other. Trained off of Mangio-Crepe.
