better to train it on harvest or add some datasets with higher sustaining notes

crepe can't handle some noisy datasets, in my experience

crepe is very sensitive on pitch extraction

yes especially on your noisy datasets. try to deverb and noise gate it first before training those

it will give you clear sound on inference. tried and tested

or find sax samples with higher notes and include it on your retraining
