Did you use the training file inside the logs folder?

Usually, there are two files made inside the log file that you can put into the pre-trained model and continue the training from there.

If it saved a voice enough to upload it, the files should be there even if you close the notebook since it should save a backup in drive if you use colab or on your hard drive if you use local.

i trained for *2 hours* for 200 epochs and quite frankly im not gonna do it any more than that i have a 13 minute dataset

It's recommended to have 300+ for any dataset, especially ones at that length. Hopefully, it helps for next time around.
