The way I see it, when it comes to anime, Latin Americans always prefer the dubbed version. Most westerners prefer subbed, and yeah, English dubbed clips of anime are harder to find, but just go on Crunchyroll for the dataset. I feel the problem is that saying just "Latin" in the title isn't specific enough, like, dude Latin's a dead language. It doesn't matter if English isn't your first language, add Spanish or Español in the title or something.
