Might be overtrained at that level.

I trained up to 410 and it will be overtrained lol

hence I picked out 325

so is like 400 or over is considered "overtrained"? if i may ask:))

not all models start overtraining at the same epoch

Ahh got it, i think it depends on the dataset i hope

because my average is 5 - 15 minutes, so i think the longer the data, depends on the epoch, 275-350 is fine
