That's because she's from a South Park knockoff

So basically, South Park was banned in Kuwait after it poked fun at Islam

So some guys there made Block 13 as a substitute to the show, with a similar animation style and everything, and even dealing with issues that concerned the Middle East

However, unlike South Park, Block 13 was family friendly because there wasn't a market for adult animated shows there

No way someone made it
