if you are training locally its better to use applio or mangio rvc

rmvpe is an option in rvc disconnected

in fact its the default version

training with rmvpe just straight up leads to better results than harvest

applio runs locally and has rvmpe if thats what youre asking

and so does mangio crepe rvc fork
