Ronny Dobbs

Ronald "Ronny" Henry Dobbs (born August 10th and nicknamed Spud) is a character in the Backyard Sports series. He had a rounded head, skinny legs, and a small body. He wore a yellow short-sleeved t-shirt and pink shorts. His shorts changed to blue in 1998 and red in 2001. Ronny Dobbs does not like being little and hates to be bossed around by his older sister Sally. He wants to prove to everyone that he's a big kid. Ronny insists that "big kids don't cry"; however, if he strikes out in Backyard Baseball, he'll cry. Ronny likes to be treated like a big kid and once you see him in action, you'll think he deserves it. Ronny's strong arm is a bit of a surprise for such a little fellow. Don't let Ronny's small size fool you... he can pack quite the wallop if he gets the right pitch.
