Description

Hi :). "We will go downstairs first and clear the path for the rest of the group." ― Robby, Temple - Chapter 10,Robby is a deuteragonist that appears in Piggy: Book 2. He is Kona's personal assistant and made his first debut in the ending cutscene of Docks - Chapter 9. After that, he appeared in Temple - Chapter 10 as a friendly NPC, and then reappeared as a background character in Lab - Chapter 12 in the Hidden Ending and the credits. Physical Appearance It is a dark gray robot that is built to resemble a pig. It has a dark gray snout with black nostrils. It also has two black lines above his snout that goes all the way to the top of his head along with two other black lines that are also connected to the snout. It has two blue eyes that glow with black sclera. Its right ear is also black. History Manufactured At some point, presumably before the Infection, Kona manufactured Robby along with other Mall Security Droids and was built to protect the Mall. Unfortunately, he was embarrassing in the public and likely failed his task, so Kona gave Robby a new purpose: to be his assistant. Meeting with the Safe Place and Willow When the Safe Place and Willow got near Kona's base, Robby jumped and surprised the Player, though he did this to cover them from a bomb. While Kona assured that it was safe as it had no chainsaw, Robby stood in Kona's base while Kona was talking about what he was doing. Later, the Safe Place and Willow went with Robby down to Kona's lab. Robby protected them from Spidella, and once they reached the surface, they left Robby behind as they head towards Outpost Echo. In survivor continuity of Temple, Robby also says that he will protect the children (who stay with him) while Willow, Pony and the Player continue onward. In credits of Lab, Robby is seen examining a wrench and a screwdriver. In post-credits cutscene for the Hidden Ending, Robby can be seen among the Safe Place group in Kona's lab. He appears to be entertaining Zuzy. Quotes Temple - Chapter 10 We will go downstairs first and clear the path for the rest of the group. Also, I forgot to mention there may be traps laying around. I will stay behind and protect the children. It is my duty to do so. (Savior Continuity) I will stay behind and protect the children. It is in my programming to do so. (Survivor Continuity) Trivia Robby and Mimi (Scientist) are the first Player Models in Build Mode that weren't able to be purchased with Piggy Tokens. Rather, you had to obtain it through Season 1 - Mr. P's Lab for 200 Vials. This is now unobtainable as the Season has ended. Robby is called "Robby (Friendly)" in Build Mode as a Player Model. Although this robot is named Robby, the robot that appears in Mall is not named Robby after all, based on a message MiniToon said in Discord. Despite this, the skin of the same robot that appears in Mall is called Robby. While not the same robot, Robby and the similar droid played an important role in the tenth chapter of both books. In Docks, Willow calls Robby a "Tin Can". Kona then jokes that Robby is more capable than her, as he can't get infected. Robby is planned to be added to Build Mode as a Cutscene Creator actor along with Kona. There is currently a bug in Temple where he won't chase after player infected, though he can still stun them if they touch him.
