Description

Togepi is a Pokémon who appears to not have fully hatched out of his shell yet; only his head and stubby hands and feet appear out of his egg's shell. The parts of his body that appear are a pale, cream color, whereas the shell is predominantly white. Togepi's shell also has red and blue markings, shaped as triangles but one of them looks like a square. His head has five spikes that appear to form a crown, or when viewing on the top of its head to be look like a star shape-like. His eyes are small, black, and oval-shaped. When about to cry, his eye color may turn into red. Togepi serves as a baby Pokémon to the group while being baby sitted by Ash's Pikachu, Ash's Squirtle and Ash's Bulbasaur who gives a lullaby to him and Misty's Psyduck. The only Pokémon who became worried to his actions was Pikachu who calls it as Pipi-Pi especially when they encounter Kangaskhan during Winter Vacation just to be played by them with the junior Kangaskhan and being rescued by them during the storm in their rescue adventures. Togepi is friendly and docile, and loves being around with children. If anyone protects or makes it happy, he will return the favor by sharing his own joy. However, Togepi is always at risk of being forgotten during a crisis, so he needs extremely cautious protection by his guardians and trainers.
