Sailor Venus / Mina Aino (DiC Dub, Stephanie Morgenstern)

While I personally like Morgenstern's Venus voice, even though Cherami Leigh's Venus voice is better, what i don't like is the quality of the mod. Too scratchy for my liking. It's NOT the great quality of the one on Kits.AI from EthanRhys. My opinion is the same as your other DiC Sailor Scout voice mods. Too scratchy.
