Adam's voice soothes me, and I want him to read me meditations and bed time stories. For spoken I recommend 0.1 on the consonant protection I also recommend finding audio of male voices close to his speaking voice for best effect. I use this channel on YouTube. It has a bunch of videos under 10 mins I've not tested singing, so if you do let me know how it comes out :)
