As the leader of the High Guard, Starscream has waged a long and arduous guerrilla war in an effort to put an end to Sentinel Prime's corrupt rule. Both volatile and easily provoked, but also quite cowardly when things don't go his way, Starscream's "might makes right" philosophy often brings him to blows with trespassers, pacifists, or even people who just don't agree with him.

Dandy is the titular Toon and possible main antagonist of Dandy's World. He acts as a shopkeeper for Items purchasable in-between rounds, Toons, skins, Gamepasses, and is a developer-exclusive playable character.

Agent 3 seems to be more serious than any of the other New Squidbeak Splatoon members. They often carry a stoic demeanor, and rarely, if ever, smile. This voice was made in Yume's Studios.

Rider is a member and leader of the Yellow-Green Team and a recurring character in the Splatoon manga. Rider is tough and serious at first, but then he realizes that teamwork is key to victory. He then developed a good friendship with his teammates and became a mentor to Goggles.

Hedlok is the secondary antagonist of ARMS. When it is fought, it attaches itself to a fighter and uses its six ARMS in total to unleash devastating attacks. Hedlok was created by ARMS Laboratories as part of their "Wearable Weapons" project, the purpose of which was to create powerful sparring partners for fighters to hone their skills against.

Toodles is one of the 33 playable Toons in Dandy's World. Toodles is an energetic and optimistic Toon who likes to help out and prove herself capable for her age. She doesn’t like to admit her weaknesses, such as her fear of the dark, as shown in her interaction with Brightney and in one of her dialogues when descending to the next floor. She shows her fear more in her interaction with Shrimpo, where she says she finds elevators scary. She can also be quite curious, wants to help, and doesn’t like it when Rodger doesn’t allow her to help him in his cases.
