Meow-Meow (PAW Patrol)

Description

Meow-Meow from PAW Patrol. He is able to speak and gain powers such as flight from consuming metal. However, if he does not continuously consume metal, his battery drains and he loses energy. Occasionally, Hench Cat will glitch and make the original "meow" sound he makes in his previous form. Meow-Meow takes a much larger, bestial, tiger-like appearance. He has a silver, metallic coat with purple highlights, black joints and claws, and light blue lights around his collar, on his claws and joints, and around his tail. He has light blue eyes, long black eyebrows, a large black nose, and powerful jaws.
