Luis Alberto Arce Catacora (La Paz, Bolivia, September 28, 1963) is a Bolivian economist, university professor and politician, currently President of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, since November 8, 2020. He was Minister of Economy and Public Finance of Bolivia between 2006 and 2017, and again in 2019. He was recognized as the architect of Bolivia's economic growth during the government of Evo Morales.5
