This is Cheikh Diouf, the cousin of Alan “The Brain” Powers and one of D.W.’s new friends. He and his family move to Elwood City from Senegal, Africa. He became an American citizen in the Season 23 episode of Arthur: “Citizen Cheikh”. Voiced by Thamela Mpumlwana in the fourteenth season of Arthur.
