ٱلدُّكْتُورُ عَادِلُ يُوسُفُ أَبُو مُرْخِيَّةَ، أُرْدُنِيُّ ٱلْأَصْلِ، يَجْمَعُ بَيْنَ ٱلسُّنَّةِ وَٱلشِّيعَةِ، وَلَكِنَّهُ يَقُولُ: "إِلَّا ٱلْوَهَّابِيَّةَ". يَرَى أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ مُنَزَّهٌ كَمَا يَعْتَقِدُ، وَيُنَاصِرُ كُلَّ مَنْ يُنَزِّهُ ٱللَّهَ عَلَى طَرِيقَةِ ٱلْأَشْعَرِيَّةِ. وَيَعْتَبِرُ أَنَّ "ٱلْوَهَّابِيَّةَ" أَسْوَأُ مِنَ ٱلنَّصَارَى فِي حَالَةٍ وَاحِدَةٍ، وَهِيَ - فِي نَظَرِهِ - أَنَّهُ عِنْدَمَا نُرِيدُ هِدَايَةَ ٱلنَّصْرَانِيِّ إِلَى ٱلْإِسْلَامِ، فَرَغْمَ تَمَسُّكِهِ بِدِينِهِ، إِلَّا أَنَّهُ مَفْتُوحٌ عَقْلِيًّا، وَلِذَلِكَ قَدْ يَرَى ٱلْحَقَّ، وَإِنْ أَرَادَ ٱلْحَقَّ، فَإِنَّهُ سَيَسْلُكُ طَرِيقَهُ. أَمَّا "ٱلْوَهَّابِيَّةُ"، فَإِذَا أَرَدْنَا هِدَايَتَهُمْ أَوْ عَلَى ٱلْأَقَلِّ مُنَاقَشَتَهُمْ حَوْلَ ٱللَّهِ تَعَالَى وَمُحَاوَلَةَ إِقْنَاعِهِمْ بِعَدَمِ إِثْبَاتِ "ٱلْأَعْضَاءِ" لِلَّهِ، فَلَنْ يَقْبَلُوا؛ لِأَنَّهُمْ - فِي نَظَرِهِ - أَقْفَلُوا عُقُولَهُمْ، وَلِذَلِكَ لَنْ يَرَوْا ٱلْحَقَّ، وَهُمْ مُقْتَنِعُونَ مُسْبَقًا بِأَنَّهُمْ عَلَى ٱلْحَقِّ. عَلَى ٱلرَّغْمِ مِنْ أَنَّ ٱلظَّاهِرَ أَنَّهُ مُتَعَصِّبٌ لِفِكْرِهِ أَوْ لَيْسَ لَهُ مَنْهَجٌ أَوْ عَقِيدَةٌ، إِلَّا أَنَّ هَذَا ٱلظَّاهِرَ لَا يَعْكِسُ ٱلْحَقِيقَةَ. هُوَ مُنْفَتِحٌ عَقْلِيًّا، وَلَهُ عَقِيدَةٌ، وَهِيَ ٱتِّبَاعُ ٱلنَّبِيِّ مُحَمَّدٍ ﷺ وَٱلسَّيْرُ عَلَى ٱلْإِسْلَامِ ٱلْمُحَمَّدِيِّ ٱلْحَنِيفِيِّ. وَرُكْنُهُ ٱلْأَوَّلُ هُوَ تَوْحِيدُ وَتَنْزِيهُ ٱللَّهِ سُبْحَانَهُ. وَأَيْضًا، ٱلظَّاهِرُ أَنَّهُ يُكَفِّرُ ٱلسَّلَفِيَّةَ "ٱلْوَهَّابِيَّةَ"، وَلَكِنَّ هَذَا خَاطِئٌ. هُوَ لَا يُكَفِّرُهُمْ، وَلَكِنَّهُ يَرَاهُمْ خَطَرًا عَلَى ٱلْأُمَّةِ ٱلْإِسْلَامِيَّةِ، وَيَعْتَبِرُ أَنَّ مَنْهَجَهُمْ ٱلْمُتَحَجِّرَ عَقْلِيًّا هُوَ مَنْهَجٌ ضَالٌّ. وَٱلدَّلِيلُ عَلَىٰ ذَلِكَ أَنَّهُ أَضَافَ شَيْخًا سَلَفِيًّا يُدْعَى "ضُرْغَامَ"، وَعَزَمَهُ عَلَى ٱلْأَكْلِ. وَهَذِهِ كَانَتْ رِسَالَةً لِـ"رِكْسَ"، لِأَنَّ رِكْسَ كَانَ يَعْتَقِدُ – وَمِنْ شَخْصِيَّتِهِ يَبْدُو أَنَّهُ لَا يَزَالُ يَعْتَقِدُ – أَنَّ ٱلدُّكْتُورَ عَادِلًا، عِنْدَمَا قَالَ لَهُ: "إِذَا أَتَيْتَ عِنْدِي سَأَسْتَقْبِلُكَ" فِي مُنَاظَرَتِهِ مَعَهُ فِي ٱلتَّوْحِيدِ، لَمْ يُصَدِّق. Dr. Adel Yusuf Abu Murkhiyah, of Jordanian origin, seeks to bridge the gap between Sunnis and Shias but openly states, "Except for the Wahhabis." He believes that God is transcendent, as per his understanding, and supports anyone who affirms God’s transcendence following the Ash‘ari methodology. He considers the Wahhabis to be worse than Christians in one particular aspect: in his view, when attempting to guide a Christian to Islam, despite their adherence to their religion, they are intellectually open and may recognize the truth if they seek it. However, when it comes to Wahhabis, trying to guide them or even discuss God’s attributes with them—such as persuading them not to attribute "physical parts" to God—is futile in his eyes. He believes their minds are closed, and they are already convinced they are upon the truth, making them incapable of recognizing it. Although he may appear to be either dogmatic or without a clear methodology or creed, this impression does not reflect reality. He is intellectually open and has a creed, which is following the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and adhering to the pure Muhammadan Hanifiyyah Islam. His primary foundation is affirming the oneness and transcendence of God Almighty. Furthermore, it may seem that he declares the Salafi "Wahhabi" school as unbelievers, but this is incorrect. He does not excommunicate them; rather, he views them as a threat to the Islamic community and considers their rigid intellectual methodology to be misguided. A clear example of his openness is when he hosted a Salafi scholar named “Durgham” for a meal. This was a message directed at “Rix,” as Rix seemed to believe—and from his personality, likely still believes—that Dr. Adel, when he told him, “If you come to me, I will welcome you,” during their debate on monotheism, was not sincere.
