Daffinee Toilette (born October 2nd 1990) is one of Pinky's classmates and friends. In the original book series, she was sometimes a bully (though more like a rival) to Pinky, but in the cartoon series, she is usually a friend. Her name is a play on "daffy" (a word that means crazy or foolish) and the name Daphne. Daffinee is an arrogant and covetous rich girl who can be selfish at times but is also a good friend. She lives in Ooh La La Towers, a fancy building next door to the Dinky Doo family's apartment. Daffinee likes shopping and goes to the mall whenever there is a sale, despite not needing to save any extra money. She likes to be with her precious poodle named Fluffy Buffy Boo Boo and her personal butler named Jinkins. She also likes to show off her "sproingy" purple hair, and she wears shiny trombone shoes and spangly dangly earrings. Daffinee and Pinky are complete opposites, but they are usually friends. In Pinky's story in "Stinky Pinky Doo!," Daffinee makes fun of Pinky by calling her "Stinky Pinky," but after Pinky helps Daffinee, she apologizes to her for being mean and they become friends. She loves to be the hostess at her own tea parties, would never wear jeans, and loves her black patent leather Mary Jane's. She's the sort of girl who can't stand dirt, germs, and things that smell funny. Even though outwardly they might seem to be total opposites, Pinky and Daffinee are quickly becoming friends.
