Nikolai Ginovaef, codenamed "Silver Wolf", is a Soviet Army veteran who served in Umbrella's paramilitary as a Sergeant in the UBCS as well as a Monitor. He and the USS commando, HUNK were considered to be "rivals", and he was a close friend of Col. Sergei Vladimir, whom he may have served with in the Soviet Army.

Jill Valentine is a fictional character and one of the main protagonists in the Resident Evil video game series. She is a skilled operative, initially known for her work with S.T.A.R.S., a special task force of the Raccoon City Police Department. She is known for her combat prowess, lock picking skills, and cool-headedness under pressure. She later becomes a founding member of the BSAA, an organization dedicated to fighting bioterrorism.

"Regina" is a special intelligence operative attached to S.O.R.T., the Secret Operation Raid Team. Her real name is classified, and she is only known by this alias. Regina operated as a weapons specialist, but often undertook other tasks as assigned, such as gathering intelligence. Capable of working independently when required, Regina would also assist her fellow team members to ensure that their mission was completed successfully.

Regina (Dino Crisis)

Carlos Oliveira was a mercenary for the Umbrella Biohazard Countermeasure Service U.B.C.S.. He held the rank of Corporal, and served in their Delta Platoon as rear security for Alpha Squad, where he was also their heavy weapons specialist. Oliveira is also one of the few survivors of the deployed squads who served during Raccoon City Destruction Incident.

A child prodigy, Chambers entered university at a young age and graduated with a bachelor's degree in chemistry at 18. Scouted for her talents by various groups, she found herself picked for the Special Tactics and Rescue Service, the special forces division of the Raccoon Police Department Assigned to the Bravo Team in June 1998, Chambers officially served as the unit's Medic and Rear Security alongside Edward Dewey, with whom she developed a close and playful friendship. Due to her youth and inexperience, fellow officer Richard Aiken was assigned as her training instructor to look after her on missions. Rebecca also joined the department's intramural basketball team due to being an avid fan of the sport, to the point that she always played with her friends on holidays.

Not much is known about Redfield's early life, except that he and his sister Claire had lost their parents at some point before 1998, having only each other as family. As an adult, Redfield joined the United States Air Force, where he received flight training for both planes and helicopters. He served in a unit alongside Barry Burton, whom he befriended. Redfield held strong convictions that often put him at odds with his senior officers, and he either resigned in protest or was discharged for insubordination. During this period Redfield also trained with a variety of weapons, including knives, and was known for his skills in hand-to-hand combat and marksmanship, which he won a contest for
