Since no one else had made a proper model on this, i decided to take matters into my own hands. Ibuki isn't really one of my favorite characters, also it's been two years since anyone had done this, you'd think just because she's a fan favorite would meet that someone would have already made a model for her. I wanted to it with Disconnected but that stopped working, still getting used to the new program.
