Jack Skellington is the "Pumpkin King" of Halloween Town and the most important of many Halloween spirits. In Disney Speedstorm, Jack Skellington's racing suit is almost identical to his black smart clothing from the original Disney film: it is a black suit with white stripes that are located in slightly different places to add a racing touch to his appearance.
