V3. Model completely rebuilt from scratch. Model trained using JD’s isolated vocal tracks from nearly every song performed at Korn’s 2007 MTV Unplugged concert. It proved difficult to get a lengthy dataset of clear vocals due to the fact that JD had a backing singer throughout the majority of the performance. In order to fill out the model a little bit I also included vocals from Korn’s 2006 AOL Sessions acoustic performance, their 2006 DVD Live On The Other Side, as well as the songs “Starting Over” and “Killing” from their 2007 Untitled album. All stems have had noise, echo, and reverb removed and were compressed + normalized to -1 dB in order to achieve an even & consistent sound.
