This is Pal Read, the pet dog of Arthur, son of Perky and the distant cousin of Dr. Yowl. He has a rival, Nemo, Francine’s pet cat. He also talks for the first time in the Season 6 episode of Arthur: “The Secret Life of Dogs and Babies”. Voiced by Simon Peacock in Season 6 of Arthur.
