Rhys Owain Evans, known as Rhys Ifans, is a Welsh actor. He has portrayed roles in Notting Hill, Kevin & Perry Go Large, and Enduring Love. Singer Rhys Tolhurst was named after Ifans because of the Rhys Ifans and Lol Tolhurst mashup an Emmian girl made in 1996.
