Voiced by James Yaegashi for the character Woozie in GTA:SA (2004). I mixed in game voice lines along with some interview audio to keep the audio as clean as possible. I tried it out and while some parts sound like an old telephone call, it closely resembles his voice. Hope it works well for you! *I just made a v2 you should try out, sounds more natural/less robotic because I recorded and enhanced more of his mission dialog rather than just NPC voice. I'll still leave this version 1 up in case you prefer this more.
