This is Nadine Flumberghast, the imaginary friend of D.W. Read, Arthur’s sister. She makes her first appearance in Season 1 episode of Arthur: “D.W.’s Baby”, which is a prequel to “D.W.’s Imaginary Friend”. Her full name is given in the Season 16 episode of Arthur: “Read and Flumberghast”. Voiced by Haley Reynolds.
