Mrs. Tibble (Arthur)

Description

This is Mrs. Tibble, the grandmother of Timmy and Tommy Tibble and the mother of Trixie. She takes care of the twins for her daughter, who travels around the world and repairs a large collection of antique toys. Voiced by Kathleen Fee, the same voice actor of Ms. Morgan, the preschool teacher.
