Description

This is Dr. Frederique Fugue, the concert pianist, the private tutor and the musicologist. When Mrs. Cardigan retires, she convinces him to accept Arthur as his student in the Season 6 episode of Arthur: “Arthur Plays the Blues”. He subs the music room for Ms. Krasny in the Season 9 episode of Arthur: “Tipping the Scales”. Voiced by Noel Burton.
