Description

A student at the Highlander Railway Academy and an officer of the CCC (Central Control Center). She has outstanding talent for driving trains, and was chosen as an officer along with her twin sister Nozomi. However, Hikari is terrible at paperwork and administrative tasks. She follows her whims and does things at her own pace without worrying about what others think, which causes all kinds of incidents.
