Description

Peggy's magical talking doll who is spunky and well meaning, but also very impulsive. She also has a mischievous side. She likes to get really reckless, throwing caution to the wind. She tries to help people out, just being really forceful about it, and doesn't think of the consequences. the short that she and Peggy are in is one of my personal favorite Random! Cartoons shorts. oh. and did I forget to mention she was voiced by Colleen O'Shaughnessey? :)
