Description

King Andrias's childhood friend and the head gardener of Newtopia, who, after foreseeing an apocalyptic future for Amphibia, stole the Calamity Box away from Newtopia and hid it on Earth, leading the ruling newts to begin the oppression of frogs which lasted for a millenium.
