Voiced By Arin Hanson (In the Double Dragon update, Jimmy and Billy were added as playable DLC characters. In an added cutscene viewable from the main menu, Jimmy informs Billy that he's seen the hot-blooded teens they train saving the city and suggests to him that they join in on the action, though Billy reminds Jimmy that they've taken a break from fighting in order to teach a new generation of fighters. Jimmy talks about the run-ins he had with some old foes, though he catches Billy's interest as soon as he mentioned how he just saw Marian fighting all over town as he was on his way to Billy's dojo. With Billy suddenly interested in saving the city, the brothers head into the streets and return to fighting. Like the other protagonists, Jimmy and Billy are fully integrated into the story and will speak any lines if they're being played.
