Luluna (ルルナ, Ruruna) is the main antagonist of the third season of Kiratto Pri☆Chan. She is Eve's mascot. Like a secretary, she's always there to support Eve. She is also a "Mascot of High Position" (マスコットの偉い人), as she manages mascot-related things pertaining to Pri☆Chan Land. She is a celeb-type idol whose preferred brand is Little Princess Egg. Luluna's true intention was to create a world where mascots dominate and control everything by allowing for Pri☆Chan Land to spread around the world to ensure a brighter future for the world.

June Amou (天羽 ジュネ Amou June) could be considered as one of the main antagonists of this series. She is a Prism Star that works for Dear Crown in Pretty Rhythm Rainbow Live where she has won the title of Prism Queen. Eventually, it is revealed that like Rinne, she is also a messenger from the Prism World. At the end of the season, she loses her memories as the price for being allowed to stay on earth as an ordinary human alongside Hijiri Himuro.

Lisa Shirakaba (白樺リサ, Shirakaba Risa) (officially Risa Shirakaba) is a main character that debuted in the DCD 2016 Series - Part 1 and Episode 153 of the anime. She is a sexy-type idol from Hokkaido and her primary brand is Dolly Devil.

Shuka Hanazono (華園しゅうか, Hanazono Shūka) is another antagonist in Idol Time PriPara. She is a celeb-type idol whose preferred brand is Rich Venus. Her catchphrase is "Idol Time is money" and often adds "mya" to her sentences. She considered Yui as her only rival due to the fact that Falala gave her a specialized Idol Time Mic and Idol Time Harp. In episode 39, she received the Dark Mic and the Dark Harp from Garara. The Dark Mic has the power to steal people's dreams and transfer them to Garara's tower. As of episode 27, she started attending Avocado Academy as a classmate of Yui & Laala.

Shuka Hanazono (Idol Time Pripara)

Solulu (ソルル, Soruru) is one of the main characters that appears in Season 3 of Kiratto Pri☆Chan. She is Alice's mascot. At first glance, she looks and speaks like a boy, but she quietly watches over Alice. She is a natural-type idol whose preferred brand is Little Princess Egg. For most of Season 3, Solulu's memories were lost, not even knowing that the she was the one who aided Alice in her Illuminage Live and also the one who saved her performance in episode 128. After she regains her memory in episode 141, she recalls Luluna being the one to have erased her memories as well as how she and Alice ended up at a circus. When Luluna returned to Pri☆Chan Land, Solulu appeared to be cooperating with Luluna in her takeover, but in episode 151, it was revealed that Solulu's true reason for bringing Luluna back was because she needed Luluna's help in stopping the bug hole.

Rabbily (ラビリィ, Rabirii) is one of the main characters who first appears in season 3 of Kiratto Pri☆Chan. Initially, she did not have a master until episode 115, where she became the mascot of Ring Marry. She tends to add "~rabbi" (～ラビ) at the end of her sentences. She is a pop-type idol whose preferred brand is Little Princess Egg.
