Charlie Booth

Description

I've added Charlie Booth (also known as Gustav or Francois) on here. He's an aspirin' chef and con artist. He lived at the Diaz Household on two occasions (the latter of which being only a visit while the family hosted Star Butterfly), posin' as a foreign exchange student named "Gustav" from Scandinavia. Actually hailin; from a drab, borin' city called Bakersfieldville, Charlie's dream is to open a restaurant there and bring flavorful joy to its population.
