An digital entity only confined to anything with that has a screen on it since he's just like Rambley and an AI that was made to be on the screen for fun and innovated character, he can travel screen to screen so in that way that's how he can go to different places making him work just like Rambley Remi the Red Panda is a derivative knock off of Rambley the Racoon. It is to be inferred that at some point he was implanted into Indigo Park’s systems to hack and collect proprietary data, but wandered from its mission, growing fixated on the idea of entertaining guests. He suppresses Rambley so he may interact with people, but before anyone could attempt to clear him from the systems… something at the park happened… Having been left rotting at the park with Rambley since, once a new guest has been noticed, Remi will do anything to make sure he never has to let you go.
