Harumi Shirai

Description

Harumi is renamed "Harumi Shirai" and a childhood friend of Kuai Liang's. After Bi-Han betrays Kuai Liang and their adopted brother Tomas, the brothers defect from the Lin Kuei to evade Bi-Han's corrupt leadership, escaping to Japan and forming the a new clan to kombat the Lin Kuei and succeed them as Earthrealm's defense. There, he and Harumi rekindle their friendship, eventually becoming engaged. He names the new clan after her, calling it the "Shirai Ryu" and leads it as its Grandmaster. Under Kuai's leadership, the clan recruits and trains many people, including recruiting a young Hanzo Hasashi and providing training to both Raiden and Takeda Takahashi, the latter of whom had also defected from his own clan, the Yakuza, and set out to become a vigilante to fight crime in Earthrealm.
