Lulu Moppet

Description

Little Lulu also known by her real name Lulu Moppet is the character that appears in many comics. Her real name's surname Moppet (which is slang for "kid"). She is the titular protagonist of the comic Little Lulu which was named after her. She is the main character in Little Lulu. Freely adapted from a 1935 comic strip by Marjorie Henderson Buell the animated series follows the hijinks of Lulu Moppet best pal Annie Inch and the rest of their friends in Peekskill N.Y. The character was voiced by Cecil Roy (or Mae Questel) in the Paramount version. In the CINAR version she was voiced by Tracey Ullman and Jane Woods. In the 1970s anime she was voiced by Eiko Masuyama and later Minori Matsushima. Her catchphrase is "Pretty Neat".
