Orphan of Kos is a newly born Great One. Child of the deceased Great One Kos and host of the Hunter's Nightmare, the Orphan of Kos appears as the final boss of the Bloodborne DLC game The Old Hunters. He likes to lock Charles in his personal underground dungeon where nobody can find him. He speaks with an American Rapper accent. Hopper likes to ruin Charles' life by making sure the poor boy Charles is absolutely terrified of Hopper and many other nightmares.

Machie Bittern is Barkis' 45 year old younger brother and a clown who's really fat, chubby and partially flexible planned.
