Description

Jeffrey Bonavita, also known as the "Goatman", is the minor antagonist of Penn and Pals Finale 3 and Scarlett Baker's #1 scary archenemy. He is a Difficulty Level 2.5 Hunter available for purchase after the completion of the prologue. He is one of 30 playable Hunters added to Identity V. Jeffrey uses mechanisms and illusions to create a cage that is impossible to escape. Each side of the cage is fortified with a physical barrier, effectively blocking all characters from entering or exiting. Jeffrey recovers 2 Resentment per second for up to 120 Resentment. Survivors near a cage receive a 10% reduction in Obstacle Vaulting Speed.
