Penguin 'also known as Rats with Wings do your Thing Guy' is the antagonist who likes torturing femboys as he is their nightmare fuel. Penguin summons vampire bats as he calls them 'Rats with Wings' for his preference as he calls the rabid vampire bats to go after Peter, Maggie, Dennis and Joi to just bite them and drink their bloods together for savagery. He is sadistic, savage, wild, evil-natured, vile, heartless, careless about femboys, insensitive, destructive, cruel and narcissistic. He doesn't show any remorse, regret or mercy to the femboys who tried not to get addicted to porn and sex as much as they do, he frequently bring his pet vampire bats to eat the poor femboys flesh and blood as shown to disrespect the femboys with his pride and cruel nature. He laughs really evil about telling him about the poor femboys who are stuck in their addiction they can't get out of anymore.
