Ethan Soukchahn is Charles' summer school friend and an Animal Associate who is currently working with people and animals and chose to drive a Tesla Model 3 over a gasoline vehicle because the environment is way safer with all electric vehicles because he knows EVs are more environmentally friendly than gas-powered cars because they don't emit pollutants like those from burning gasoline. EVs also don't require motor oil, which can leak and contaminate groundwater supplies. Just as he loves animals, he's always obsessed with Over The Hedge scripts and can say a script and start laughing with his friends as if it is fun time. He always trusts Elon Musk and so does everyone would do. Ethan is an expert of animal association and protects those that are healthy or have rabies, he learns that rabies causes death to every species so he grabs safety tools to pick up a rabid animal to get vaccinated to the rabies vaccine to prevent further rabies virus in any animal in site. He can excitedly sound like Hammy from Over the Hedge and say 'I am a crazy rabid squirrel, I want my cookies!' or sound like RJ from Over the Hedge and say 'But I have six more days! No, no, no!' when Charles says 'Time's up, RJ.'
