Skelly is the most terrifying and the most dangerous vampire who scares and attacks 1.250,000 people and 2 million animals and never shows any emotion except he only shows cruelty and merciless acts. He is Rats with Wings do your Thing Guy's boss who likes him to spread terror. He would prefer Rats with Wings do your Thing Guy to do more terrifying things than to just summon rabid bats, he would like to spread dark fogs, deathly spirits. He is very sadistic when he watches innocent people be stuck at the Abyssal Village of Nightmares. He's very maniacal when he sees heroes get defeated or slaughtered by him. He's very evil when he loves to cause nothing but terror, chaos and destruction and he is very hateful when Rats with Wings do your Thing Guy does nothing but vampire bat pleasure. He has been best friends to all villains who are scary, ruthless, evil, cruel, sadistic, heartless and vain.
