She is a giant sea serpent who dwells in the sea, Monarch describes her behavior as wrathful and territorial as she isn’t very fond of intruders who trespass into her domain such as Godzilla, who she battled twice in 2019 and in 2027, which her second confrontation with the Alpha would be her downfall and demise.
