This is Robert Baxter, the brother of Bitzi Baxter and uncle of Buster Baxter. While Bitzi Baxter was away, he is also his babysitter and an author of The Encyclopedia of Creatures of the Dark under the pen name, Beatrex Trobb. He is known as Uncle Bob. Voiced by R.L. Stine, based on the American writer and TV producer and best known for his children’s horror fiction book series, Goosebumps. Voice samples in the Season 23 episode of Arthur: “Fright Night”.
